How to Make Chicken Pelalah Recipe (Ayam Pelalah) :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil or coconut oil and season with salt, place the chicken on a baking sheet and fry for about 40 minutes until cooked through. In a mortar or food processor, mix the chili peppers, shallots, garlic, and turmeric and grind to a smooth paste. If you are using a blender, be sure to add some water or cooking oil to mix the ingredients. Heat 5 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok, add spice paste, lemongrass, bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves, steam until they smell fragrant, season with salt and sugar, add another tablespoon of cooking oil if you like, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl , Reservations.Put the chicken back in the oven. When it is fried, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Remove the skin and bones, cut the meat into medium-thick strips. Take a tablespoon of spice paste and mix with the chicken.
